Cinco de Mayo Soup

New Tradition: Eat "Cinco de Mayo Soup" every May 5th.
1. Brown, drain, and season ground beef.
2. Throw in pot with drained corn, kidney, and black beans.
3. Add tomato sauce and a fresh white onion.
4. Simmer on stove for about 10 minutes.
5. Enjoy & garnish with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
